Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery within Poland is carried out via the courier company InPost and GLS:

InPost Parcel Lockers - PLN 11.55

InPost courier - Parcel up to 5kg PLN 12.90, over 5kg - PLN 14.66

GLS courier - Parcel up to 2kg PLN 18.50, over 2kg - PLN 22.00

Free shipping:

Valid in Poland for all orders over PLN 80. Free delivery is available via Paczkomat and InPost courier.

Personal collection:

Orders can also be collected in person at our stationary store located in Iława 14-200, ul. Sobieskiego 31.

Personal collection is possible after prior contact and arrangement of a date for collection of the product.

Delivery time

The total order processing time (including delivery) is 2-4 business days. The order is processed after the payment has been credited to our account.

Returns Policy:

Every consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and to make a complaint.
